Common use of Inventions and Works of Authorship Clause in Contracts

Inventions and Works of Authorship. (a) Employee agrees to assign and hereby irrevocably assigns to the Company all of Employee's right, title and interest in and to any and all Inventions and Works of Authorship made, generated or conceived by Employee during the period of his employment with the Company, and Employee agrees to and shall promptly disclose all such Inventions and Works of Authorship to the Company in writing.
