Inventory Control. 20.01 The Union and the Company both recognize that inventory control is a necessary function of the workplace. To ensure a timely and quality annual inventory, a joint labour management committee meeting will be held at least two (2) months prior to the annual inventory date each year. The participants in the joint labour management meeting will be a bargaining unit employee from each functional area, each functional area supervisor, the operations manager, the regional operations manager and the full-time union representative. The purpose of the meeting will be to determine pre-inventory, general inventory and post-inventory work necessary for taking a quality inventory count in a timely manner.
