Inventory Locations. Annexed hereto as Schedule 7.15 is a list showing all places where Borrowers maintain, or where Borrowers plan to maintain, Inventory. Such list indicates whether the premises are owned or leased by Borrowers or whether the premises are the premises of a warehouseman or other third party, and if owned by a third party, the name and address of such third party.
