Inventory of Samples Clause Samples

The "Inventory of Samples" clause establishes the requirement for maintaining a detailed record of all samples provided, received, or held under an agreement. This typically involves listing each sample, including descriptions, quantities, and relevant identifying information, and may specify procedures for updating or reconciling the inventory over time. By clearly documenting the status and movement of samples, this clause helps prevent disputes over ownership, loss, or misuse, ensuring accountability and transparency between the parties.
