INVENTORY QUALITY. All Inventory now owned or hereafter acquired ----------------- by the Borrower is and will be of good and merchantable quality and free from defects (other than defects within customary trade tolerances). No tangible personal property of the Borrower is or will be stored or entrusted with a bailee or other third party, except as required in the ordinary course of the Borrower's business with prior notice to the Lender.
