INVENTORY QUALITY. All Inventory now owned or hereafter acquired by the Borrower is and will be of good and merchantable quality and free from defects (other than defects within customary trade tolerances), other than Inventory owned or acquired for the Levi's Outlet By Designs Stores, which in the ordinary course sells manufacturer's overruns, discontinued lines, and irregulars purchased directly from Levi ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Company.
