INVESTIGATING COMPLAINTS. For the purpose of investigating complaints concerning the application of this agreement, a duly accredited representative of the Union shall be accorded reasonable facilities for entering NCL's premises during working hours, subject to prior agreed arrangement with the Town Administator or his or her nominated delegate, on the following conditions: 11.3.2.1. That the representative produces his or her authority to such person as may have been nominated by the Town Administrator. 11.3.2.2. That the representative does not interfere with work proceeding at the establishment. 11.3.2.3. That the representative conducts himself or herself property. 11.3.2.4. That the representative discloses to the Town Administrator or his or her nominated delegate the complaint that he or she desires to investigate.
INVESTIGATING COMPLAINTS. The Secretary of Transportation shall conduct a timely inves- tigation of a nonfrivolous written complaint al- leging that a substantial violation of a regula- tion prescribed under this subchapter is occur- ring or has occurred within the prior 60 days. The Secretary shall give the complainant timely notice of the findings of the investigation. The Secretary is not required to conduct separate in- vestigations of duplicative complaints.
INVESTIGATING COMPLAINTS. Sprint will investigate and resolve all Sprint End User and carrier to carrier complaints. Z-Tel will support these efforts as Sprint requests from time to time as set forth in the SOW. Each Party will support the other Party's complaint investigation and resolution efforts upon the other Party's reasonable request.
