Investigation and Processing of Grievances. The Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall, after giving appropriate notice and approval by the District, be allowed reasonable time off, with pay, during working hours to attend grievance hearings or grievance meetings on the premises of the District. Attendance is subject to the manpower needs of the District.
