Investigation Files Sample Clauses

The 'Investigation Files' clause defines the rules and procedures regarding the creation, maintenance, and access to documents and records generated during an investigation. By establishing clear guidelines for handling investigation files, the clause ensures transparency, preserves the integrity of the investigative process, and helps prevent disputes over access to or the completeness of records.
