Investigation & Notification Sample Clauses

The Investigation & Notification clause establishes the procedures and obligations for parties to investigate potential issues and promptly notify each other of any relevant findings or incidents. Typically, this clause requires a party to conduct a reasonable inquiry upon discovering a problem, such as a breach or defect, and to inform the other party within a specified timeframe. By setting clear expectations for communication and response, the clause helps ensure transparency, allows for timely resolution of issues, and reduces the risk of disputes arising from delayed or inadequate notification.
