Investment Allocation. MassMutual shall determine the value of the General Account Assets. The amount of the General Account Assets will be held in the general investment account of MassMutual and credited with the Holding Account Rate from the Termination Date until disbursed in accordance with Section 5, except as hereinafter provided.
