Investment Documentation. In directing us with respect to any investment, you must use our Direction of Investment form or such other form acceptable to us. We may act upon any instrument, certificate, paper or transmission believed to be genuine and that is signed or presented by the proper person or persons whether or not by facsimile or other form acceptable to us. We are under no duty to make any investigation or inquiry as to any statement contained in any such communication, but may accept the same as conclusive evidence of the truth and accuracy of the statements therein contained. You authorize and direct us to execute and deliver, on behalf of your ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, any and all documents delivered to us in connection with your ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ investments; and we have no responsibility to verify or determine that any such documents are complete, accurate, or constitute the documents necessary to comply with your investment direction. You authorize and direct us to correct errors in investment titling without notice to you and to correct other minor clerical errors with telephone or email consent from you upon verification of your identity. We will retain electronic copies of documents related to your ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ as described in Treasury Regulations section 1.408-2(e) (5)(vii) in our capacity as a recordkeeper and not as any type of safekeeping agent.
