Common use of Investment of Amounts on Deposit in Accounts of the Trust Clause in Contracts

Investment of Amounts on Deposit in Accounts of the Trust. Subject to the provisions of Section 2.09(a) and (b) hereof, the amounts on deposit in any account of this Trust shall be invested as directed in writing by the Co-Trustees. All investments of amounts held in any account shall be made in the name of the Trust. In no event shall the Owner Trustee be liable for the selection of investments or for any losses resulting from such investments. All investment earnings on amounts in any account of this Trust shall be deposited therein and shall be subject to the provisions of this Article IX.

Investment of Amounts on Deposit in Accounts of the Trust. Subject to the provisions of Section 2.09(a2.08(a) and (b) hereof, the amounts on deposit in any account of this Trust other than the Spread Accounts shall be invested as directed in writing by the Co-TrusteesDepositor. All investments of amounts held in any account shall be made in the name of the Trust. In no event shall the Owner Trustee be liable for the selection of investments or for any losses resulting from such investments. All investment earnings on amounts in any account of this Trust shall be deposited therein and shall be subject to the provisions of this Article IXVII and distributed solely in accordance with Section 2.04.
