Invited Experts Clause Samples

The 'Invited Experts' clause defines the terms under which individuals who are not formal members of an organization or committee may participate in its activities. Typically, this clause outlines the process for inviting such experts, the scope of their involvement, and any limitations on their authority, such as not having voting rights or being excluded from confidential discussions. Its core function is to allow organizations to benefit from specialized knowledge or perspectives while maintaining clear boundaries regarding decision-making and confidentiality.
