Common use of Invoice Delay Clause in Contracts

Invoice Delay. If there is a delay in the delivery of any type of invoice by Supplier to Grange, and the delayed invoice is received within ninety (90) days of services rendered, subject to Paragraph 1 Invoice Terms above, and within the same calendar year, Grange shall pay such invoice within forty-five (45) days of receipt. Except for charges that are incurred within the last ninety (90) days of the calendar year, subject to the Payment Terms below, Grange shall not be responsible for payment of any delayed invoices received in a subsequent calendar year.
