Invoice Schedule. Subscription fees and Implementation Services owed under this Order Form for the first twelve (12) months following the last date set forth below (“Execution Date”) shall be invoiced by Regent in accordance with the terms above and the following invoice schedule and paid by Customer in accordance with the payment terms in the agreement.
