Invoices Based on Time and Materials. If time and materials is the basis of compensation, then the Vendor will base its invoice on the hours, professional fees, costs, and charges associated with the work completed during the invoice period. If the Vendor is entitled to reimbursable expenses and/or separate payment for subconsultant costs, the invoice will include such expenses and/or costs associated with the work completed during the invoice period. The City will compensate the Vendor in accordance with the Schedule of Rates and Charges included in Exhibit B.
