Invoices for Various Sums Due. In the event that any sums are due from one Party to the other Party under this Agreement (other than in respect of sums to be invoiced pursuant to Clauses 12.1.1) the Party to whom such sums are owed shall furnish an invoice therefor, describing in reasonable detail the basis for such invoice and providing relevant documents supporting the calculation thereof.

In the event that any sums are due from one Party to the other Party under Section 7.12.3, 7.12.4, 7.13.2(c), 7.16.1, 10.3.3, 10.4.1, 11.5, 12.3.1, or 12.3.2 of this Agreement, the Party to whom such sums are owed shall furnish an invoice therefor, describing in reasonable detail the basis for such invoice and providing relevant documents supporting the calculation thereof.

In the event that any sums are due from one Party to the other Party under Section 7.5.4(b), 7.12.3, 7.12.4, 7.13.2(c), 7.16.1, 10.3.3, 10.4.1, 11.5, 12.3.1, or 12.3.2 of this Agreement, the Party to whom such sums are owed shall furnish an invoice therefor, describing in reasonable detail the basis for such invoice and providing relevant documents supporting the calculation thereof. To the extent Section 10.1.8(a)(i), (ii) or (iii) apply to such invoice, such invoice shall be, initially, a Provisional Invoice pursuant to Section 10.1.8(a), which shall be followed by a Final Invoice pursuant to Section 10.1.8(b).
