Invoicing within Program Budget. The subrecipient must invoice in accordance with the attached budget. Charges invoiced will not exceed the subrecipient approved budget. Compensation, fringe benefits and pricing increases must be managed within the approved budget. Any budget amendments between categories, exceeding 10%, of the Personnel or Non-Personnel category, must be approved by the County and if necessary, the grant sponsor.

  • Program Budget A) Contractor will expend funds received for operation of its program and services according to Contractor’s annual operating budget. The portions of said budget, which reflect services performed or money paid to Contractor pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the approval of the Human Services Agency. B) In the event Contractor determines a reasonable business necessity to transfer funding between personnel and operating expenses specified in the budget submitted to the Human Services Agency the following will apply: 1. Contractor will notify the Human Services Agency of transfers that in the aggregate are between ten percent (10%) and twenty percent (20%) of the maximum contract amount.

  • Contract Quarterly Sales Reports The Contractor shall submit complete Quarterly Sales Reports to the Department’s Contract Manager within 30 calendar days after the close of each State fiscal quarter (the State’s fiscal quarters close on September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30). Reports must be submitted in MS Excel using the DMS Quarterly Sales Report Format, which can be accessed at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/business_operations/ state_purchasing/vendor_resources/quarterly_sales_report_format. Initiation and submission of the most recent version of the Quarterly Sales Report posted on the DMS website is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification from the Department’s Contract Manager. If no orders are received during the quarter, the Contractor must email the DMS Contract Manager confirming there was no activity.

  • Budget 1. The Grantee budget for grant activities for the 2023 Summer Program and State fiscal year 2024 is $ 1,000,267. Any funds received under this grant will not be used to supplant funds normally budgeted for programs or service of the same or similar type. 2. The Grantee may transfer funds among its administrative budget line items as required to carry out the purposes of the grant. Transfer of funds within specified budget categories do not require approval from OSHE (i.e. moving funds from one counselor position to pay for another), however, any transfer of funds from one category to another will require prior approval from OSHE and will be treated as a modification to the program’s contract Attachment. 3. Any request for a budget modification must be in writing and must include a revised budget. All budget revisions and modifications must be in accordance with the EOF Regulations, Section N.J.A.C. 9A:11-6.11. The Grantee will be liable for all unapproved debts.

  • Term Contract Quarterly Sales Reports The Contractor shall submit Quarterly Sales Reports in the manner and format required by the Department within 30 calendar days after the close of each State fiscal quarter (the State’s fiscal quarters close on September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30). Sales will be reviewed on a quarterly basis. If no sales are recorded in two consecutive quarters, the Contractor may be placed on probationary status, or the Department may terminate the Term Contract. Failure to provide the Quarterly Sales Report, or other reports requested by the Department, will result in the imposition of financial consequences and may result in the Contractor being found in default and the termination of the Term Contract.

  • Quarterly Progress Reports The goal of this task is to periodically verify that satisfactory and continued progress is made towards achieving the objectives of this Agreement on time and within budget. The objectives of this task are to summarize activities performed during the reporting period, to identify activities planned for the next reporting period, to identify issues that may affect performance and expenditures, and to form the basis for determining whether invoices are consistent with work performed. • Prepare a Quarterly Progress Report which summarizes all Agreement activities conducted by the Recipient for the reporting period, including an assessment of the ability to complete the Agreement within the current budget and any anticipated cost overruns. Progress reports are due to the CAM the 10th day of each January, April, July, and October.
