INVOLUNTARY ACTUAL OR CONSTRUCTIVE TERMINATION WITHOUT CAUSE OR DISABILITY. In the event that, during the term of this Agreement, the Employee's employment terminates in a Qualifying Termination, as defined in Subsection (a), and such termination does not occur within six months after a Change in Control, then, after executing the release of claims described in Section 7(d), the Employee shall be entitled to receive the payments and benefits described in Subsections (b) and (c).
