Common use of Involuntary Cancellation Clause in Contracts

Involuntary Cancellation. A Distributor's violation of any of the terms of the Agreement, including any amendments that may be made by ▇▇▇▇▇ in its sole discretion, may result in any of the sanctions listed in Section 8(a), including the involuntary cancellation of his or her Distributor Agreement. Cancellation shall be effective on the date on which written notice is mailed, return receipt requested, to the Distributor's last known address, or when the Distributor receives actual notice of cancellation, whichever occurs first.
