Involuntary changes. 22 Changes of work days and days off will be considered involuntary 23 if they occur at the discretion of management. In addition to the provisions which apply 24 to voluntary changes, the following will apply during the fourteen (14) day transition 25 period: 26 a. Employees who are scheduled to work more than five (5) 27 days in a row without a day off will be paid at the time-and-a-half (1 ½) rate for all hours 28 worked on the sixth (6th) and subsequent days until their next scheduled day off. Days 29 worked immediately prior to the transition period will be included in the five (5) day 30 requirement of this subsection. 31 b. No employee normally scheduled to work forty (40) hours 1 per week shall be paid for less than eighty (80) hours in a semimonthly pay period as 2 a result of the application of the provisions of this subsection, except that in the second 3 (2nd) pay period in February this minimum shall be seventy (70) hours.
