INVOLUNTARY TRANSFERS AND REASSIGNMENTS. A. Notice of an involuntary transfer or reassignment shall be given to Department Supervisors within one (1) calendar week of the decision. B. In the event that a Department Supervisor objects to the transfer or reassignment, upon the request of the Department Supervisor, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall meet with him/her. The Department Supervisor may, at his/her option, have an Association representative present at such meeting.
