Involuntary Transfers/Reassignments. a. Involuntary transfers/reassignments will be made in accordance with provisions of Articles IX (Assignment and Reassignment), and XI (Transfers). If transfer becomes necessary under the terms of this Article, the District shall actively seek volunteers prior to making any involuntary transfer.
