Common use of IP Address Clause in Contracts

IP Address. The Cooperative dynamically assigns you IP addresses that it can change at its discretion, at any time and without notice. The Cooperative assumes no liability whatsoever for any claims, damages, losses or costs arising out of or in connection with a change in the IP address. If required, the option of a static IP address is available for an additional fee, see Annex 1.
