Ipr Futures and Issues of Ownership. 3.1 Ownership Unaffected by this Agreement. All Intellectual Property created, developed or made, or, other than by operation of this Agreement, otherwise acquired or controlled, by a member of a Group after the Effective Time (“IPR Futures”) shall be owned in accordance with applicable law or agreement and such ownership is not covered or in any way provided by this Agreement, the Separation Agreement or any Assignment Agreement.
