Common use of Iran Divestment Act Certification Clause in Contracts

Iran Divestment Act Certification. Contractor certifies that, as of the date listed below, it is not on the Final Divestment List as created by the State Treasurer pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 147-86.55, et seq. In compliance with the requirements of the Iran Divestment Act and N.C.G.S. § 147-86.59, Contractor shall not utilize in the performance of the contract any subcontractor that is identified on the Final Divestment List.

Iran Divestment Act Certification. The Final Divestment List can be found on the State Treasurer’s website at the address ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇ and should be updated every 180 days.

In compliance with the requirements of the Iran Divestment Act and N.C.G.S. § 147-86.59143C-6A-5(b), Contractor Company shall not utilize in the performance of the contract Agreement and the Development Plan any contractor or subcontractor that is identified on the Final Divestment List.

Contractor Foundation certifies that, as of the date listed below, it is not on the Final Divestment List as created by the State Treasurer pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 147-86.55, et seq. In compliance with the requirements of the Iran Divestment Act and N.C.G.S. § 147-86.59, Contractor Foundation shall not utilize in the performance of the contract any subcontractor that is identified on the Final Divestment List.

In compliance with the requirements of the Iran Divestment Act and N.C.G.S. § 147-86.59143C-6A-5(b), Contractor Developer shall not utilize in the performance of the contract this Agreement any contractor or subcontractor that is identified on the Final Divestment List.
