IRIS System Sample Clauses

The IRIS System clause defines the use, operation, or reference to a specific technological platform or software called the IRIS System within the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the parties' rights and responsibilities regarding access to, data input into, or reliance on the IRIS System for certain business processes or compliance requirements. For example, it may specify that all project documentation must be uploaded to the IRIS System or that notifications will be delivered through it. The core function of this clause is to ensure that both parties understand how the IRIS System will be integrated into their workflow, thereby promoting consistency, accountability, and streamlined communication.
