Irregular Operations. Flights that do not operate in accordance with the published schedule because of circumstances such as weather, maintenance delays, cancellations, crew shortages, misconnects, air traffic control, or similar circumstances within the system, as well as natural disasters, sabotage, hijacking, bomb threat, or actual bomb, terrorist attacks and/or acts of war.
Irregular Operations. (1) If a flight lands at an alternative airport and is unable to continue to its scheduled destination due to force majeure reasons, weather conditions, air traffic control delays, or other causes outside Allegiant's reasonable control, Allegiant shall use its best efforts to make alternative transportation arrangements for Charterer's passengers. Allegiant shall invoice to and be reimbursed by Charterer for any costs incurred by Allegiant in making such arrangements. (2) If a flight lands at an alternative airport and is unable to continue to its scheduled destination due to reasons other than those listed in C (1) above, Allegiant shall be fully and solely responsible to make necessary alternative transportation arrangements and it shall bear all associated costs.
Irregular Operations. The misconnect and denied boarding benefits provided by Mesa to passengers (each, a “Misconnect Benefit Package”) shall be similar in amount and scope to those offered by AWA in similar circumstances and geographic areas (the “AWA Standards”). Irregular Operations. In the event of schedule delay, schedule irregularity, or cancellation on any Codeshare Service flight, the operating Carrier shall provide, at its expense, all ticketed passengers with the same interrupted trip amenities, compensation, or any other service that the operating Carrier provides to its passengers.
