IRREVOCABILITY OF THE PROPOSAL Clause Samples

The "Irrevocability of the Proposal" clause establishes that once a proposal is submitted, it cannot be withdrawn, amended, or revoked by the party making the offer for a specified period. In practice, this means that the proposer is legally bound to keep their offer open and available for acceptance, regardless of any changes in circumstances or market conditions during the stated timeframe. This clause ensures certainty and stability in negotiations by preventing the proposer from retracting their offer, thereby allowing the recipient to rely on the proposal when making decisions.
