Common use of Irrevocable Deposit Clause in Contracts

Irrevocable Deposit. The deposit by the Company of moneys in the Redemption Account under this Agreement constitutes an irrevocable deposit thereof in trust solely for the purpose of making the payments described in Section 5 hereof, all in accordance with, and subject to the provisions of, Articles Four and Eleven of the Indenture.
