Common use of Irrevocable Instruction Clause in Contracts

Irrevocable Instruction. The Administrative Agent shall have received an executed irrevocable instruction letter in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent with respect to the accounts listed on Schedule 5.

Irrevocable Instruction. The Administrative Agent shall have received an executed irrevocable instruction letter in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent with respect to the accounts listed on Schedule 5. For the avoidance of doubt, the Administrative Agent acknowledges (i) receipt of the irrevocable instruction letter received on or prior to November 14, 2014 and (ii) that no additional irrevocable instruction letter is required to be delivered in connection with the Amendment Effective Date.
