Irrigation Systems. Grantor may maintain, repair, replace and rebuild any irrigation systems that exists on the Property as of the date of this Grant, and may construct and maintain new irrigation system improvement anywhere on the Property for purposes reasonable and customary management of agriculture, livestock, and wildlife.
