Common use of ISDA Definitions Clause in Contracts

ISDA Definitions. Unless otherwise specified herein or in a Confirmation, this Agreement incorporates, and is subject to and governed by, the 1991 ISDA Definitions published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. together with the 1998 Supplement thereto together with any other amendments and supplements thereto (the “1991 Definitions”). In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Agreement and the 1991 Definitions, this Agreement will prevail.
