ISDA Determination for Floating Rate Notes Sample Clauses
The ISDA Determination for Floating Rate Notes clause establishes that the interest rate for the notes will be set according to the procedures and definitions provided by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA). In practice, this means that the calculation agent will refer to ISDA's published methodologies, such as those for determining benchmark rates like LIBOR or EURIBOR, to set the applicable floating rate for each interest period. This clause ensures consistency and transparency in rate-setting, reducing ambiguity and potential disputes by relying on widely recognized industry standards.
