Common use of iSimangaliso’s Costs Clause in Contracts

iSimangaliso’s Costs. the Concessionaire shall reimburse iSimangaliso with all costs incurred by iSimangaliso exercising any of its rights in terms of this clause 27 (including, without limitation, any relevant increased administrative expenses and attorney and client costs, where applicable). 27.4.1. iSimangaliso shall not exercise, or purport to exercise, any right to terminate this Concession Agreement except as expressly set out in this Concession Agreement. The rights of iSimangaliso (to terminate or otherwise) under this Clause, are in addition (and without prejudice) to any other right which iSimangaliso may have in law to claim the amount of loss or damages suffered by iSimangaliso on account of the acts or omissions of the Concessionaire (or to take any action other than termination of this Concession Agreement).
