Common use of ISP Clause in Contracts

ISP. 6 a) Develop an ISP with specific client goals, actions to be taken, timeframes for 7 actions, and responsible parties for each activity within thirty (30) calendar days of the client's intake. 8 b) Work collaboratively with the client and involve the client in the development 9 of the ISP. 10 c) Modify the ISP as the client's needs change. CONTRACTOR shall update the 11 ISP at a minimum of every six (6) months.
