Common use of Issuance, Amendment and Withdraw of the Contracts Clause in Contracts

Issuance, Amendment and Withdraw of the Contracts. The Company may cancel, or refuse to issue, a Contract to any person if such person fails to meet the Company’s underwriting standards, the application materials are inaccurate or incomplete, the purchaser fails to meet the Company’s suitability standards or the sale fails to meet the Company’s internal policies or system requirements in any material respect or was conducted in a manner inconsistent with the Disclosure Documents or in breach of this Agreement. The Company, on its behalf and on behalf of the Separate Accounts, may modify the Contracts’ terms and conditions or premiums charged therefor and may suspend or terminate the offering of any of the Contracts in any jurisdiction deemed advisable by the Company at any time in its sole discretion. The Company reserves the right at any time to suspend or limit the public offering of any of the Contracts upon one day’s written notice to the Distributor.
