Common use of Issuance; Notice of Issuance Clause in Contracts

Issuance; Notice of Issuance. If the conditions set forth in Section 2.16(c) are satisfied, the Issuing Bank shall issue the requested Letter of Credit. The Issuing Bank shall give each Bank written or telex notice, or telephonic notice substantially in the form of Exhibit N, or telephonic notice confirmed promptly thereafter in writing, of the issuance of a Letter of Credit and shall deliver to each Bank in connection with such notice a copy of the Letter of Credit issued by the Issuing Bank.
