Issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. Upon issuance by the City of a final certificate of occupancy for a Unit. In connection with its issuance of a final inspection for such improved Unit or lot, City shall confirm that all improvements, which are required to serve the Unit or lot, as determined by City, have been accepted by City, and all fees paid. Termination of this Agreement for any Unit as provided in this Section 8.6(a) shall not in any way be construed to terminate or modify any general tax, special tax, assessment or covenant affecting such Unit or lot at the time of termination.
