Issuance of Class B Certificates. (a) The Initial Certificates will be issued in minimum denominations of $200,000 and integral multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof, except that one Certificate may be issued in a different denomination. The Exchange Certificates will be issued in denominations of $2,000 (or such other denomination that is the lowest integral multiple of $1,000 that is, at the time of issuance, equal to at least 1,000 euros) and integral multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof, except that one Certificate may be issued in a different denomination. Each Class B Certificate shall be dated the date of its authentication.
