Issuance of New Warrant Certificates. Each Warrant shall be exercisable at the election of the Holder thereof, either in full or from time to time in part (in whole numbers of Warrant Shares), and, in the event that a Warrant is exercised (and a Warrant Certificate is surrendered) in respect of fewer than all of the Warrant Shares issuable on such exercise at any time prior to the Expiration Date, a new Warrant Certificate evidencing the remaining Warrant or Warrants will be issued and delivered by the Company.
