Issuance of New Warrant Certificates. Notwithstanding any of the provisions of this Agreement or of each of the Series C Warrants, Series D Warrants or the Pre-Funded Warrants to the contrary, the Company may, at its option, issue new Warrant Certificates evidencing Series C Warrants, Series D Warrants and Pre-Funded Warrants in such form as may be approved by its Board of Directors to reflect any adjustment or change in the Exercise Price per share and the number or kind or class of shares of stock or other securities or property purchasable under the several Warrant Certificates made in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
