Common use of Issuance of Subscription Shares Clause in Contracts

Issuance of Subscription Shares. The Subscription Shares, when issued, delivered and paid for in accordance with this Agreement, will be duly and validly issued, fully paid and non-assessable and free of any lien or encumbrance.
