Common use of Issuance Request Clause in Contracts

Issuance Request. The Administrative Agent and the Issuer shall have received an Issuance Request for each Letter of Credit to be issued on the Amendment Effective Date and an Enhancement Letter of Credit Application and Agreement for each Enhancement Letter of Credit to be issued on the Amendment Effective Date, in each case within the time periods applicable thereto in the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement.
