Issuances of Additional Units. If, after the date hereof but prior to the termination this Agreement, any additional Fund Units or ECT Preferred Units are issued from time to time to Enbridge or an Affiliate of Enbridge, such Fund Units or ECT Preferred Units shall be deemed to form part of the Enbridge Securities and, in the case of an Affiliate not already bound by this Agreement pursuant to Section 4.1, such Affiliate shall agree to be bound by this Agreement and to become a party hereto.
