Common use of Issue Fee Clause in Contracts

Issue Fee. In partial consideration of the rights and licenses granted to Licensee under this Agreement, upon the earlier of (a) [*], and (b) [*], Licensee will pay to Penn a one-time, non-refundable payment of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand US Dollars ($2,500,000).
