Common use of Issue of Day reports Clause in Contracts

Issue of Day reports. The Day report drawn up by the Service Provider contains the hours worked, the Services provided, and the Equipment used and will be presented to the (representatives of the) Principal at regular intervals for signature. The Service Provider will always report the minimum hours per day, even if the actual hours worked were less than the minimum hours agreed, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
