Common use of Issue of Share Certificates Clause in Contracts

Issue of Share Certificates. Upon the Date of original Issue of each series or ATP, one certificate representing all of the shares of each series issued on such date shall be issued by the Fund and, at the request of the Fund, registered in the name of Cede & Co. and countersigned by the Auction Agent.
