Issue Summaries and Motions. The proponent of a proposed action will be responsible for reading an issue summary and suggested motion at the meeting where the proposed action or decision is being brought forward. Staff will support the development of issue summaries and suggested motions ahead of the meeting, and will include the information as part of the meeting materials.
